Shop Terms & Conditions

These Shop Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through www.bravebloomsflowerfarm.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Payment & Order Processing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods at checkout. Orders are processed in the order they are received and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion.

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify, combine, or cancel it. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship seeds and tubers within the U.S. only. We do not ship fresh flowers.

  • Seed orders typically ship within 5 business days.

  • Dahlia tubers ship in the spring, based on seasonal availability and your planting zone.

  • Fresh cut flowers and CSA bouquets are available for local delivery only within our designated service area.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or seasonal surges.

3. CSA Flower Subscriptions

By purchasing a CSA subscription, you agree to receive a set number of fresh flower bouquets over the designated time period.

  • Delivery/pickup dates will be communicated in advance.

  • If you are unable to receive a bouquet during your scheduled week, we cannot offer refunds but will do our best to accommodate a one-time reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed pickups or deliveries are considered forfeited for that week.

CSA availability is limited and subject to weather, crop conditions, and seasonal blooms.

4. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale flower sales are available by request to approved florists and designers. Wholesale terms include:

  • Minimum order quantities may apply.

  • Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or limit availability based on production capacity.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of wholesale access.

5. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us at info@bravebloomsflowerfarm.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Flower Safety Disclaimer

Many flowers we grow and include in bouquets—such as tulips, ranunculus, delphinium, and foxglove—are considered toxic to pets and humans if ingested. We do not guarantee that any of our flowers are non-toxic.

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep arrangements out of reach of children and pets. Brave Blooms Flower Farm is not liable for any harm, allergic reaction, or illness caused by contact with or ingestion of our flowers.

7. Product Descriptions & Expectations

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but flowers are living things—each stem is unique. Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary from photos. Seasonal availability and weather conditions can impact what’s blooming.

We reserve the right to make substitutions in CSA bouquets and wholesale orders as needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brave Blooms Flower Farm is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by improper storage, planting, or handling of seeds, tubers, or flowers

  • Crop failure due to environmental factors, weather, or user error

  • Damage during shipping after items leave our possession

Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
