Payment & Orders
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase to secure your order.
Due to the nature of flower farming, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.
If you need to reschedule or adjust your order, please notify us at least 2 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup Location: Rochester, WA (Exact details will be provided after purchase).
Delivery is available within Thurston and Lewis Counties for a flat fee of $15. Outside of this area? We deliver to other locations in Western Washington — please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.
Orders must be picked up on the agreed-upon date. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, unclaimed orders will not be refunded or replaced.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Our bulk flower buckets feature a seasonal selection of the best blooms available. While we strive to meet color preferences, specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Weather, pests, and natural growing conditions may affect availability. If a particular flower is unavailable, we will substitute with the closest match in color and style.
DIY Responsibility
Bulk flower buckets are designed for DIY floral arranging and do not include design services, wrapping, or bouquet assembly.
Customers are responsible for bringing their own buckets or containers for transport if needed.
Cancellations & Transfers
Due to the time-sensitive nature of fresh flowers, orders are non-refundable.
If you are unable to pick up or use your flowers, you may transfer your order to another person—please notify us in advance with the new recipient’s information.
Agreement
By purchasing a Bulk Flower Bucket, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. These policies allow us to continue growing and providing fresh, locally grown flowers for our community.
