By purchasing a Flower CSA share, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment & Membership
Your CSA membership is a one-time, upfront payment of $125 for five weeks of fresh, farm-grown bouquets.
Payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your spot. Due to the seasonal nature of farming, all CSA sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to continue your CSA, you may transfer your share to another person for the remaining weeks. The original purchaser is responsible for coordinating payment and notifying us of the transfer.
CSA Start Date & Schedule
The CSA runs for five consecutive weeks from August 5 – September 9, with bouquets available for pickup every Friday.
If unforeseen weather delays the start date, members will be notified via email with updated pickup information.
Pickup Policy
Pickup Location: Rochester, WA (exact details will be shared after purchase).
It is your responsibility to pick up your bouquet during the designated time. If you are unable to pick up, you may send a friend or family member to collect it on your behalf.
Unclaimed bouquets will not be held, refunded, or rescheduled. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any bouquets not picked up on the scheduled day will be forfeited.
What to Expect in Your Bouquets
Each bouquet will feature a seasonal selection of farm-fresh flowers, including dahlias, zinnias, snapdragons, cosmos, lisianthus, and more.
Flower varieties and colors will vary based on what is thriving that week. While we do our best to create a balanced mix, specific flower requests cannot be accommodated.
Weather & Farming Risks
As a CSA member, you share in both the beauty and unpredictability of farming. Flowers are dependent on nature, and while we work hard to ensure a full season, unexpected weather or pest issues may affect production.
In the rare case that extreme conditions cause a significant crop loss, we will communicate with members and do our best to provide an alternative solution.
Communication
Email is our primary way of sharing CSA updates. By signing up, you will be added to our CSA email list for important notifications.
Please add info@bravebloomsflowerfarm.com to your contacts to ensure you receive all updates. We are not responsible for missed emails due to spam filters.
Thank You for Supporting Local Flowers!
